Scope
This policy applies to the Cash Rvyn iOS application (the “App”), published by Cash Rvyn LLC on the Apple App Store. It describes what the App collects from your device, what we do with it, and your choices. If a partner provider collects information from you on their own site, app, or screen after we hand you off, the partner’s own privacy policy applies to that part of the experience.
Data the App collects
The App collects the following categories of personal information — reflected in the privacy disclosures shown on the App Store listing:
Identity & contact
- Full name
- Date of birth (to confirm you’re 18 or older — required to use the service)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Mailing address
- Social Security number (only collected at the application step when a partner provider requires it for KYC; never required for matching)
Financial
- Loan amount you’re looking for
- Loan purpose
- Employment status, employer name, occupation
- Monthly income range
- Housing status
- Bank account information needed by partners to deposit funds (collected on partner application step, transmitted directly to the partner)
Device & usage
- Device type and model
- iOS version
- App version
- IP address
- Crash logs and performance data
- Aggregated analytics about screens viewed and actions taken in the App (used to improve the service)
What we do not collect
- Location data. The App does not request access to GPS or precise location services. Your state is determined from your ZIP code, which you enter yourself.
- Contacts. The App does not access your phone’s contact list.
- Photos / camera. Not requested.
- Health, fitness, or sensor data. Not requested.
How we use this data
We use the information the App collects to:
- Operate the matching service inside the App: filter partner providers by their published eligibility criteria using the details you provide.
- Display partner matches and let you continue with the one you choose.
- Transmit application data to a specific partner provider when you choose to continue with them.
- Authenticate you to your account, save your progress, and personalize the in-App experience.
- Send transactional messages about your matches, account activity, and partner referrals.
- Detect and prevent fraud, debug technical issues, and improve App reliability.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
How we share data
We share the personal information collected by the App only as described below:
- Partner providers you choose. When you select a partner to continue with, we transmit the application data needed to process your application to that partner over a secure connection.
- Service providers we contract with for hosting, push-notification delivery, fraud detection, and analytics. These vendors are bound by contract to use the data only for the service they provide.
- Legal requests. When required by a valid legal process, or to protect users, the public, or Cash Rvyn LLC from fraud or harm.
- Business transfers. In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal information may transfer to the successor entity, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information collected by the App.
Apple App Tracking Transparency
The Cash Rvyn App does not engage in cross-app or cross-site tracking for advertising purposes, and does not request permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
Security
Data in transit between the App and our servers is protected by TLS. Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest. Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device. We restrict employee and contractor access to personal information on a need-to-know basis.
Data retention
We keep your account profile and match history for as long as you keep the App installed and use the service, plus a reasonable period afterward (typically 36 months) for support, legal compliance, and fraud prevention. You can request deletion at any time (see “Your rights”).
Your rights and choices
- Delete your account & data. Inside the App: Menu → Account → Delete account. Or email [email protected].
- Access or correct your data. Email [email protected] with subject “Privacy request.”
- Opt out of push notifications. iOS Settings → Notifications → Cash Rvyn.

Children
The Cash Rvyn App is intended for US adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. The App requires you to confirm a date of birth before service is provided. If you believe a person under 18 has submitted data to us, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
State availability
The Cash Rvyn App is available to residents of 49 US states. Not available in New York. Some partner providers have their own state-by-state availability rules; the App will only show partners eligible in your state.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Effective” date reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted in the App and emailed to active account holders at least 30 days before they take effect, where practical.
